5. Recently we often see students chatting and enjoying meals in the school canteen during lesson hours, during the absence of the teacher when he/she leaves them an assignment to do. It is noisy as the canteen is not far from classrooms.

So, to improve the discipline at school, students are only allowed to have meals in the school canteen during breaks. Students are not permitted to have meals during lesson hours, but after physical exercise classes. Students who break this rule will receive a warning. However, if students ignore the warning on three attempts successively, there will be punishment for the student concerned.
