Good morning, Everyone! My name is Susan from Green Health Community. Do you like sports? When you have exercise, do you take care of skin, too? Or, you don't have time for intensive skin care? Good skin care and healthy lifestyle choice can help you delay natural aging and prevent various skin problems. Here are some tips for you.

First, protect yourself from the sun. Sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots, and other problems. Therefore, use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 and avoid the sun between 10 am, and 4 p.m. when the sun's rays are the strongest. Second, eat healthy foods. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins to help you look better and have younger looking skin. Third, drink enough water. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin hydrated. Fourth, limit bath time. Hot water and long baths remove oils from your skin. Use warm rather than hot water. Fifth, moisturize dry skin. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. Sixth, don't smoke. Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking can contribute to wrinkles. Seventh, manage stress. Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin, take steps to manage your stress. Finally, get enough sleep. During good sleep, your body prevents and repairs skin cell damage.
