The 12th IEEE COMNETSAT was held on 23 – 25 November 2023 in Malang, Indonesia

TRIBUNJATENG.COM - The IEEE International Conference on Communications, Networks and Satellites (ComNetSat), 2023, took place at Ijen Suites Resort and Convention, in Malang, Indonesia, on November 23-25 ​​with a hybrid system. The theme of this event was "Pioneering Intelligent Systems: The Fusion of AI, Broadband, and Satellite Communication". IEEE ComNetSat, a prestigious conference venue for academics and professionals from around the world, offers a global forum for academic experts and participants to exchange ideas and present the results of ongoing research in the most advanced areas of communications, networking and information technology, satellites, broadband, and photonics, data science, and artificial intelligence. ComNetSat 2023 was organized by the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, with the Co-Host from Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang and Politeknik Negeri Malang.

The IEEE Comnetsat 2023 sponsored by EEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Indonesia Chapter, IEEE Indonesia Section, and IEEE AESS/GRSS Indonesia Joint Chapter and PT Telkom Satellite Indonesia and Keysight Technologies as patron. The number of papers submitted to the 2023 Comnetsat International Conference was 248 papers with 113 papers accepted and an Acceptance Ratio of 59.2persen. There were 22 papers on Communication track, 28 papers on Network & IT track, 4 papers on Satellite track, 4 papers on Broadband & Photonics track, and 55 papers on Data Science & Artificial Intelligence track.

The conference's keynote speakers exhibited great enthusiasm, as it marked their inaugural visit to Indonesia. The warmth and hospitality of the Indonesian people were prominently showcased through the committee's services, extending from pick-up arrangements to their stay in Indonesia and their conveyance to the airport upon departing from Malang, Indonesia.
